Solutions for terrorism

How can peace be established in the world ? No amount of sermons punishment, lecture, action can solve the problem. The only way is for each individual’s problems to be tackled with Enlightenment

Enlightenment towards the hidden truth is the only way to solve the problems, of great turmoil and violence not only in India but throughout the world. Violence is the result of the deep anger, hatred, and animosity in the minds of the people, and these negativities are manifested. When the mind is full of negativity, it will succumb to violence and harm others.

After all, society is made up of individuals. If you forget the individual and want to change the whole world, you will not be successful. If the whole jungle has withered and you want to see it green and blooming, you have to water the root of every tree. If each tree becomes green, the entire jungle will become green. Similarly, you have to deal with individuals; although it takes time, there is no other way. Spirituality beyond Religion is the only solution.

We must have compassion, not hatred, for these miserable people-the terrorists and those who use violence. They need insight and If they are brought towards enlightenment , they will certainly change for the better.

People have changed when they realise the truth , and this is bound to happen . And when the individual changes, society will change. If even ten percent of society practise a spiritual path and manifest their purity, goodwill, they will start to attract more and more people, and the whole society will start changing. This is the only solution.

Spiritual Values & Peace for Living Together
Our modern society is driven by a culture of materialism while the whole of human life is in a state of turmoil due to conflicts & violence in the society. Human values are decreasing at very fast rate resulting in declining the quality of life.of the people. At the dawn of the new millennium, what is required most is ‘Spiritual Values & Peace for Living together ‘in 21st century’.

God has many different names because there are many different religions but essentially, it is the same God. As there is only one God who created the whole universe, then there should be no difference from one person to another. Major world religions involved are Baha’ism, Buddhism Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Sikhism, Judaism, Buddhism they all teach about universal peace & Human unity through Love & compassion. All religions teach about Universal Peace & Human unity through Love & Compassion My presentation on “Spiritual Peace Values & Spiritual Practice for Peaceful Co-existence “ is based on shared Spiritual Values in Islam & Eastern Religions with Love , Respect, Peace .Compassion & Forgiveness for peaceful living together & creating a peaceful and sustainable society..

Enlightenment

We often speak of freedom, respect, non violence, womens liberation, peace harmony etc. But unless we understand the root cause of all violence, and implement it in our daily lives there is no way we can achieve the mission.
The Root cause of all Evil in society is Evil itself. This is where we must take the path towards the spirit. The spirit is the unknown Goddess in the universe. Unless we walk towards that path irrespective of religion caste or creed, to know the reality that is hidden beyond all experiences , there is no solution for all our turmoil.
We need to break the matrix that has bound us within confined norms such as religion, Caste, gender difference, materialism and embark on a unknown path where the solutions for all our miseries is hidden . This path demands strict moral ethical and spiritual discipline.
The truth must be experienced by each one of us and knowledge of this hidden truth elevates the position of every living being. Through this we experience liberation of the mind and self. From ages there is a search for the truth. Who is God, Why there is so much violence in the world, What is worship, Who is Allah SHIVA God Jesus Moses Mohammed? ? Why there is no solution for all the efforts of man ?? and above all who is God and what is the universe all about?? These answers are the solution for our problems. And the answer is available if we make a sincere effort and sacrifice. This is the solution for every problem in the universe. The world spirit wishes to be heard but her voice is unheard as we are busy with Religious issues, Conflict Resolutions, Materialism or Relationship issues or Development. Unless we rise above all this we will remain within this prison matrix going in circles generation after generation recycled from one lifetime to another yet with no solution or answers for our existence or inner as well as outer turmoil as we continue to remain within the illusionary matrix.

Words are angelic. I would like to express my gratitude to His holiness Dewan Syed Zainul Abedin Sajjadanashin Spiritual head of Ajmair Dargah.

I would like to express deep appreciation to the Gulsha Begum, Chairperson Divine Abode foundation, coordinator Global Peace Mission for her warm welcome and to thank her for this invitation.
We are at the edge of a big idea – the shaping of ethical globalization. But how? What are the component, the linkages, and the energies that need to be harnessed?

We looked to the unique role of faith leaders in promoting greater tolerance and respect.
When we get up in the morning and listen to the radio (news) or read the newspaper, we are confronted with the same sad news:- violence crime, wars, intolerance and disasters, I cannot recall a single day without a report of something terrible happening somewhere. Even in these modern times it is clear that one’s precious life is not safe. No former generation has had to experience so much bad news as we face today. This constant awareness of fear and tension should make any sensitive and compassionate person question seriously the progress of our modern world.

It is ironic that the more serious problems emanate from the more industrially advanced societies science and technology have worked wonders in many fields but the basic human problems remain. There is unprecedented literacy, yet this universal education does not seem to have fostered goodness, but only mental restlessness and discontent indeed there is no doubt about the increase in our material progress and technology, but somehow this is not sufficient as we have not yet succeeded in bringing about peace and happiness or in overcoming suffering.

We can only conclude that there must be something seriously wrong with our progress and development and if we donot check it in time there could be disastrous consequences for the future of humanity.
I am not at all against, science and technology they have contributed immensely to the overall experience to humankind, material confort and well- being and to our greater understanding of the world we live in.

Science & technology cannot replace the old – age spiritual & human values toward honesty and altruism that frame world civilization in all its respective national forms.
Science & technology no doubt provides material benefits but our basic human problems will remains. We are still facing with the same Problem of fear, tension and riots. So its high time to strike a balance between material development and human values and ethical development.

We need to revive our humanitarian values. So at present world wide ethical crisis …. I appeal on behalf of this conference to all humanitarians and religious practitioners to help to make our societies more companionate convention consistency. Confident and equitable.

We are facing many problem today, some are natural calamities others, however our own making created by misunderstanding, and can be corrected.

Problem crises from the conflict of ideologies, political or religious,. When people fight each other for pity ends.
We must remember that the different religions, ideologies and political system of the world are meant for human beings to achieve happiness.

The global population is increasing and our resources are being rapidly depleted. Policy makers find it difficult to formulate plans that can work under present conditions of economic over exploitation and diminishing resources. Contrary to neo-classical theory of continuous material growth, uncontrolled economic activities can directly reducing the carrying capacity of natural ecosystem.
Kautilya, the wise minister of Chandragupta Maurya said that “stability of an empire depended on the stability of its environment.

We are facing global ecology problem because people are concentrating only on their short term, selfish interest not thinking of the entire human family.
If we of the present generation do not think about these now, future generation may not be able to cope with them.
Mahatma Gandhi said “Earth can provide for all the needs of humans, but not for their greed’s. To save, conserve and protect our ‘Green Planet Earth’ we should follow Sunder Lal Bahuguna, the architect of Chipko movement and gathered local people to take up oath to protect trees by embracing them.

Most of our troubles are due to our passionate desire for and attachment to the things. To pursuit these involves the use of aggression and competitiveness. Such processes have been going on in the human mind since time immemorial, but their execution has become more effective under modern condition. What can we do to control and regulate these ‘poisons’ – delusion, greed and aggression? I feet that love and compassion are the moral fabric of world peace.
When you have compassion for a very poor person. You are showing sympathy because she, he is poor. So your compassion is based on altruistic consideration. On the other hand love towards your wife, your husband your children or a close friend is usually based on attachment. When your attachment charges your kindness also changes, it may disappear. This is not true love. Real love is not based on attachment but on altruism.

We should cultivate compassion in ourselves, a kind of love for your enemy also.
Another result of spiritual development most useful in day to day life is that it gives peace calm and presence of mind. Our lives are in constant flux bring many difficulties. When faced with calm and clear mind, problem can be successfully resolved.

I believe that every major religion of the world Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Islam has similar ideals of love and benefiting humanity through spiritual practice and the some effect of making their followers into better human beings.
Humans, in Islamic thought and culture are regarded as ethical beings and not just social animals Quran, preach “Unity in Life” i.e. oneness. It implies that it is unethical to follow double standards of morality and ethics in human relations as well as in social political, economic and international policies.

I feel honored and proud to be associated with such a holy place (spiritual) Khanqah–e–Niazia An Epitome of sufism at Bareilly in Utter Pradesh. Where the sufi tradition with its liberal world view, inclusive philosophy love for mankind accounts for its resurgence and growing popularity. In ,Sufism the constrained individual is compared to a droplet of water or a bubble, while unrestrained universal spirit as ocean. The ultimate goal of the droplet is to be united with the ocean.

In Sufism Qawali, music dance (whirling) of the SAMA are a form of remembrance the devotee is the lovers and the God is beloved. love is the essence of Sufism. for the entire mankind regardless of cast, creed, age, sex, color and religion. The sufi saints have always emphasized that the service to the humanity is the real service to god.

In India Sufism represented a symbol of communal harmony.
When some one presented a pair of scissor to Hazrat Baba fareed popularly known as “Ganje Shakar”, a saint during 12th century give me scissors which cut through, give me a needle and thread which stitch together” and love for mankind accounts growing popularity. The sufi missim of binding people spiritually and socially holds the key to realizing the dream of world peace.

The massage of Niazia Saints who propagate peace and universal brotherhood and always help the needy and the poor fits in well with the requirement of time when there are reports of understand instability in the minds of the youth.

The tradition of Sufism and Khanqah-e-Niazia in particular have Continued from heart to heart (seena ba seena)
The Niazia Saints dedicated themselves to the service of God. The Niazia saints were and are apostle of love and brotherhood. Everyone be a poor or rich, Hindu or Muslim – all were equal in their eyes. They always, concealed their position and kept away from the lure of name, fame and wealth.

Hazrat Qibla Niaz-be-Niaz aptly observes Be Namo Nishan Rehne do Bus Nam Yehi Hei (I have indentify only in anonymity)
Whatever came to Khanqah-e-Niazia in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh in India as Nazrana was spent on public kitchen (langar) which Niazia saints always maintained. Every one irrespective of cast, creed or religion was served food and well taken care of. The practice continues to this day unabated.
As the sunset glides the sky, the haunting notes of devotional verses ring out from Khanqah where the ‘Sama’ during the Urs ceremonies continues to mesmerize devotions and itinerant visitor as they have done for centuries.
In Sufism the concept of Ishq acquired a central position love is regarded as universal force which is embedded in every atom of creation. In Sufism individual spirit is compared to a droplet Hazrat Niaz –be – Niaz conveyed a massage of love peace & brotherhood. Some of his couplets were amalgam of Arabic, Urdu, Hindi on Holi, Basant Panchami.

The present torch bearer His reverence Hazrat Qibla Hasni Mian Sahib has inherited love for Ahlebait and dedicated himself to the service of humanity. His holiness choosen the way of non- compulsion in the true spirit of Holy Quran which says let there be no compulsion in religion. He says love joins people, like a thread binds pearls in necklaces.
There is no regular grant or financial assistance and whatever comes as ” Nazar” is spent on the welfare of humanity. The age old tradition of feeding the poor tradition is still alive in full glory at the Khanqah. Snake bitten, Scorpion, Stung, epidemic stricken patients and people suffering from chronic diseases continues to throng Khanqah and are healed and cured.
Mannat Ka Chiraga occurs annually – in which people ask wishes. This year it will be on 27, 28 Jan 2016 at Khanqah Bareilly.
In this regard there two things important to keep in mind – self examination & self correction.
Last but not least, We need to look to the common humanitarian heritage of all nations the world over.
